    This is a great example of the importance of capital and the advantages it gives american mulitnationals. How else can you explain when local traditions get challenged and displaced by “quality” products like mass produced sugar dough. I bet everytime an Italian company sees a Starbucks in China they scratch their heads and wonder how an Italian tradition became repackaged and went onto to be a global phenom
